  • Building Plans
  • Septic Design - consist of: Site plan/drawing, design sheets, elevations, soil logs, perc tests, and signed management plan
  • Septic Pumping Contracts - required if tanks are required to be pumped monthly due to a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) or an active discharge.
