September Kids Kraft: Scarecrows!

SCHS Scarecrow Kids Kraft

Join the Scott County Historical Society for the first Kids Kraft of the season! Make your own harvest scarecrow, and contribute to a scarecrow that will be displayed in the SCHS lobby! Finally, join us in the galleries for an autumn story.

As always, Kids Kraft is free, but we ask that participants register in order to ensure we have enough supplies. Please register at or by calling 952-445-0378.

Kids Kraft happens at SCHS monthly on Saturdays. The program introduces children to museums, promotes literacy, and allows young people to practice “old fashioned,” hands-on skills.

All are welcome!

The Scott County Historical Society is located at 235 Fuller Street South, Shakopee, MN 55379, three blocks south of the intersection of County Road 101 and Fuller Street. All inquiries are welcome -- call 952-445-0378 or email   Visit us online at
