SmartLink/TransitLink is a door to door bus service available to Scott County residents that is still operating. At this time there is availability on the buses and we will also do pick-ups and deliveries of food and goods, if available. We ask that you please cancel any non-essential trips, especially if you have underlying health conditions, like diabetes, asthma, or heart disease. Customers using the service should wash your hands before riding, cover coughs and sneezes, and stay home if you’re sick. If you need a ride, please call Customer Service at (962) 496 - 8341 Option 1 and we will do our best to accommodate your requested destination even on short notice. 

Free Grocery & Goods Delivery for Customers
The TransitLink buses are accepting requests from existing customers that would like groceries and goods delivered to their home.  Call SmartLink Customer Service to request this service: (952) 496 - 8341.

Existing Transit Link customers can now order groceries and household essentials online from a store that has online shopping and local pick up. TransitLink will pick your order up and deliver to your house. 

  • The service is free – no fares for delivery.
  • Book same-day or in-advance, just like you book a ride for yourself.
  • Receive your delivery within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
  • Four-bag limit remains in effect.
  • Pickups must be scheduled at a commercial location.
  • Drivers will verify your photo ID at drop-off.

Volunteer Driver Program
Our Volunteer driver program has been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Marschall Road Transit Station Pickup
Smartlink’s customer service window at the Marschall Road Transit Station has been closed with the closure of all Scott County buildings until April 1st.

MVTA Status
MVTA is still operating. Visit www.mvta.com for the latest news on their operations. Schedules are changing as of March 20.


 
Booking a Ride

It's very simple. Give our Customer Service agent a call Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at 952-496-8341. They will talk with you and see where you want to go. They will see what is available and if it works for you. Reservations are accepted based on availability during the requested pick-up time period and the destination. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance. 


  
Cancellations

If you need to cancel a ride, please call us at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled ride time to avoid a no show. A message can be left 24 hours a day.
