COVID-19 Status Update

The Career Lab is open on a limited basis, by appointment only. Current hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Please call the Career Lab Help Desk at 952-496-8310 to schedule an appointment. All appointments and orientations will be done over the phone. All paperwork will be processed per usual and as it is received. You can drop off paperwork in our secure 24-hour drop off box located right outside our main office door at 752 Canterbury Road South in Shakopee. Items will be picked up hourly during our normal business hours.  You can also use our Employment and Training fax at 952-496-8675.

If you need to speak with your Employment Counselor continue to call them directly or call 952-496-8310.  Please make sure to leave your full name, case number (if applicable), and a detailed message. All calls will be returned within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you for your patience during this time.
