Veterans Service

COVID-19 Update 12/2/21

(952) 496-8176

Scott County Veterans Service Office wants to be certain that our former military service people and their families can access the services and benefits they need. Our office doors are open to the public to answer basic questions, pick-up or drop-off documents, schedule appointments and assist with emergency concerns.  Telephone appointments are preferred.  A Veterans Service Officer will be available to meet in person, if needed.

Note:  Our office has moved (June 2021).  We are located just inside the side door, on the west side of the building, off Atwood Ave (between 4th and 5th Avenues) by the flag poles (Room GW-100).

You were there for all of us in our time of need, and we’ll be here for you when you need us.

Scott County Veterans Service assists veterans of the county, their dependents and survivors, in securing Federal and State benefits provided by law because of their service in the Armed Forces of the United States. Veterans Service Personnel help in the development of claims, preparations of government forms, and accessing information for them in connection with their claims for benefits from various State and Federal agencies.
