COVID-19 Vaccine Second Dose Clinics

**UPDATE 3/25/21: Notice about Second Dose Clinics**
At this time, we cannot serve anyone who received a first dose from other providers due to vaccine availability. If you did not attend one of Scott County Public Health's first dose clinics, do not sign up for a second dose with us. Your first dose provider is accounting for your second dose and will have supply for you to return. Scott County residents who received their first dose out of state may call the Hotline for assistance. 

Second Doses Only - April 16, 2021 - 10:00-5:30pm

  • For: Individuals who received their first dose of the Moderna vaccine from Scott County Public Health on or before March 17, 2021

Second Doses Only - April 21, 2021 - 10:00-6:00pm

  • For: Individuals who received their first dose of the Moderna vaccine from Scott County Public Health on or before March 25, 2021
