End in Mind
Living and Dying Well
The End in Mind Project is a unique, multi-layered community engagement initiative designed to inspire and motivate individuals and families across Minnesota to have meaningful conversations about living and dying well. End in Mind was inspired by a series of remarkable broadcasts on Minnesota Public Radio between MPR’s Cathy Wurzer and University of St. Thomas Dean, Bruce Kramer. From the time of his ALS diagnosis until his death, Kramer advocated for more open conversations about intentional living and end-of-life planning.
In the Spring of 2019, Scott County Library staff conducted a series of programs designed to help our community broach this sensitive topic. We hope these resources continue to help facilitate meaningful conversations.
