You have been ordered to serve a sentence in the Scott County Jail. To avoid any problems or delays in starting your Jail sentence, read and follow these instructions.
The Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) was enacted by Congress in 2003 to address the prevention, detection, and response to sexual abuse and sexual harassment in jails and prisons.
Inmates who have completed their sentence will begin being processed for release between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. daily.
