The Scott County Law Library offers a variety of free legal self-help clinics on topics including divorce, family law, and expungement. Monthly Divorce Clinic

Our free monthly divorce clinic is held on the fourth Saturday of every month during the school year (January-April and September-December) from 9 AM to noon. It is offered to assist people who don't qualify for legal aid with divorce paperwork -- find out more about the program via the Divorce Clinic (PDF). Registration is required. Monthly Family Law Clinic

Our free family law clinic lets you to talk to a volunteer attorney for 30 minutes regarding general questions about the legal processes of Family Court. Registration is required, please call the Law Library (952-496-8713) to make an appointment. Clinics are the second Monday of every month (except holidays) from 4 to 6 PM.

Volunteer Lawyers Network- Free Family Law Phone Advice

The Volunteer Lawyers Network lets financially eligible clients speak to an experienced family law attorney over the phone for a 20-minute legal consultation.
