We understand that sometimes items get left on our buses. If you have lost something on a SmartLink or Shakopee Circulator bus we may be holding it for you.
Lost items found on a SmartLink bus are sent to the SmartLink Mobility Management Offices located at the Marschall Road Transit Station.
At no time does SmartLink Transit assume responsibility for lost items. Items are kept for a maximum of 30 days after being found. To confirm if SmartLink Transit has found your missing item, call our Customer Service line at 952-496-8341.
Items sometimes don't reach the SmartLink Mobility Management offices until the end of a shift. It is best to wait and call the next day to confirm if SmartLink Transit has found your missing item.
When you call, be ready with information that can help us identify your lost item. Give us detailed information like colors, size or unique characteristics of the item.
Knowing the Bus Number, Route Number, Driver's Name and Time of Day you travelled will also help us in locating a missing item.
